One of the joys of improvising is getting to play people you’ve always wanted to be, and characters you’ve never wanted to be. A good character can turn a ordinary scene into something really special. Likewise a boring character can derail even the most enjoyable scene.

A lot of people have 5 or 6 characters they go to as a first resort, and that can leave you feeling like your improv is getting repetitive. This week we are going to expand your tool box for character building. We are going to play with voices, physicality and much more to create new people for our improv scenes.

Thursday 26 July 2018
7.30 – 9.30pm | £5 / 3 concessions
The Lacehouse
Broadway | The Lace Market | Nottingham | NG1 1PS
