Going Underground

If you’ve ever watched an improv show and wondered “how hard could it possibly be”, this is the perfect opportunity to answer that question for yourself!
Gorilla Burger is a super-chilled evening of improvised comedy at the Malt Cross, on the second Thursday each month, ideal for new performers and old, cheered on by an enthusiastic crowd of pals.
How does it work? So glad you asked… if you fancy having a go, we’ll pop your name in a hat with some other fabulous folk. When we draw your name it will be time to shine! We’ll pop you in a game or a scene with some of those aforementioned fabulous folk, and comedy will ensue, honest!
New to improvised comedy? No worries. We promise you’ll have a great time. Of course, you don’t have to perform! You can remain happily anonymous in the audience, settle back with a pint, and enjoy the show.
This month your master of ceremonies will be Ben
